All orders are typically dispatched on a Tuesday by special delivery, and will arrive on a Wednesday by 13:00. Someone will need to be home to receive the parcel or royal mail will not deliver it. If you would prefer us to dispatch on a different day please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

When night time temperatures are especially low, we may need to make changes to our delivery schedules but we will always contact you to keep you updated and to rearrange delivery as soon as possible.
