Please note that we dispatch all parcels on a Tuesday each week. Orders placed before 18:00 on a Monday are guaranteed to be dispatched the following day. 

If you are purchasing live animals then you must choose Special delivery as your postage option. WE ARE NOT PREPARED TO GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVE IF YOU SELECT ANY OTHER POSTAGE OPTION AT CHECKOUT FOR LIVE ANIMALS . Your parcel will then be sent using the special delivery service. This does not mean next day delivery, as we only post out on Tuesdays. What this does mean is that when dispatched the live animals being shipped will be guaranteed to arrive the following day (Wednesday before 13:00).

If your order does not contain live animals then you may choose which ever postage option best suits your needs. These orders will still be dispatched on a Tuesday but may take up to 5 working days to arrive depending on the chosen delivery method.

When purchasing through the online store you will be asked for a telephone number - Please provide us with a genuine number as the only time we will use this number is if we need to communicate with you about your order. It is really helpful and much quicker than waiting for people to reply to emails. Often I will just send a text, so not to cause interruptions for customers.  Not having this quick way to get in touch can slow down your order being sent out if we need to check anything with you, or if we need to rearrange delivery for a different day.​
